This license allows you to:

  • Install and use the theme on one domain only.
  • Install the theme in a staging or development environment for that domain.

You may not:

  • Distribute, share, or resell the theme in its original or modified form.
  • Transfer the license to another person or organization.
  • Make the theme publicly available for download or redistribution.

If you need to use the theme on multiple domains, please purchase the Extended License.

2. Extended License

The Extended License grants you permission to:

  • Use the purchased theme on unlimited websites and domains, whether personal or commercial.
  • Install and modify the theme for your own use or client projects.
  • Use the theme across multiple businesses or brands you own.

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the theme in its original or modified form.
  • Offer the theme as part of another product or package.
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the theme’s design or source code.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All themes, designs, source code, and assets are the exclusive property of T-REX THEMES. Purchasing a license grants you limited usage rights; it does not transfer ownership of the product.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, whether modified or unmodified.

Trademarks and Brand Usage

  • You may not use our logos, brand name, images, or demo screenshots without prior written permission.
  • You may make a plain-text reference to “T-REX THEMES” solely for factual identification (e.g., “Built with a T-REX THEMES theme”), provided it does not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.
  • Upon notice, you must remove any unauthorized use of our brand assets, imagery, or copied content within 48 hours.

Theme Updates

When you purchase a theme, you will receive free updates for the lifetime of that product.

Updates may include:

  • Bug fixes
  • Feature improvements
  • Compatibility adjustments for newer CMS versions

Each update includes a changelog describing what has changed, added, or been removed.

Theme Support

All purchased themes include access to support documentation and email-based support to help you set up and use the theme.

Support Includes:

  • Help with theme installation and configuration
  • Guidance on built-in features
  • Fixes for bugs or errors related to the original theme

Support Does Not Include:

  • Customization or enhancements beyond the advertised features
  • Installation of theme updates
  • Setup or troubleshooting of your hosting environment or CMS platform

We aim to ensure your theme works as described. For custom work, you may consider hiring a developer.

Payment

All payments are securely handled by Paddle, our trusted payment processor.

  • We do not store or collect any credit card or payment information.
  • Paddle is responsible for handling all payment processing, taxation, and invoicing in accordance with their own terms and privacy policy.

Warranties

T-REX THEMES warrants that all themes are developed and maintained in accordance with industry standards. Themes are tested for compatibility with the latest stable versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

Where certain features are not technically feasible due to browser limitations, T-REX THEMES will provide reasonable alternatives.

Limitation of Liability

By using our products, you agree that T-REX THEMES and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption — arising from the use or inability to use our themes.

We are not responsible for:

  • Issues resulting from improper installation or modification of our themes
  • Conflicts caused by third-party plugins, services, or code
  • Problems arising from outdated CMS versions or browsers
  • Errors introduced by user customization

Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
