Refund Policy
At T-REX THEMES, we strive to ensure the quality of our Ghost themes. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final. However, a refund request may be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date.
Refund requests submitted after 3 days from the purchase date are not eligible.
Our themes are digital products, and refunds will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to, personal preference, change of mind, dissatisfaction, or the belief that the theme does not suit a specific project. A live demo is provided prior to purchase, allowing customers to fully evaluate functionality and design before making a decision.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where a serious technical issue is identified, such as a reproducible bug or defect that prevents the theme from functioning as described, and that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe by our support team.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the demo and understand the nature of digital, non-tangible goods.

After a Refund
- You must uninstall the theme from your Ghost site and delete all related files.
- You will no longer have access to download the product, receive updates, or request theme support.
